TWIS endeavors to create a teaching and learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, critical thinking and promotes diversity and international mindedness. Egerton老師，他是我第一次在印度尼西亞萬隆時候的導師。 當時我在教劍橋高中課程AS/A-Level ，他耐心而專業(yè)地指導我。最后我學到了很多東西，并且在教學上獲得了更大的信心。

Mr. Egerton, my mentor during my first time in Bandung, Indonesia. He guided me patiently and professionally when I taught the Cambridge curriculum AS/A-Level which is at the end I learned a lot and gained more confidence.

我相信音樂是一種通用語言。它可以連接不同文化背景的人們，也是一種為生活帶來快樂和樂趣的方式。音樂可以幫助學生了解世界，學習文化多樣性，我相信這樣可以培養(yǎng)學生開放的思想和國際的視野。我希望每個學生都有機會從小就學習音樂，讓他們可以在人生中欣賞和享受音樂。

I believe music is a universal language. It can be a path to connect people from different cultures and a way to bring happiness and fun in their lives. Music can help students to know more about the world and learn the cultural diversity which I believe it would cultivate students' open-mindedness and international mindset. I hope every student would get a chance to learn music from their early ages so that they can appreciate and enjoy the richness of music for the whole of their lives.

作為TWIS的創(chuàng)校老師之一，我看到許多挑戰(zhàn)等待著我，但同時也為我?guī)砗芏嗟臋C會去學習和發(fā)展我的專業(yè)。我相信有能力在未來幾年擔任中學項目(MYP)協調員或高中項目(DP)協調員。

Being a founder teacher of TWIS, I see plenty of challenges awaiting me, however, they come along with tons of learning opportunities for me to grow professionally. I have full capacity to be MYP coordinator/DP coordinator in the coming years.

如果我可以選擇逃離我的家人(妻子和兒子)，那么可以考慮一下其他人。好吧，開玩笑而已，我想選擇和醫(yī)生，警察和小偷一起旅行。因為，在這段長時間的對話中，我有機會去認識同理心、冒險精神和不同的觀點。

If I have an option to escape from my family ( wife and son) then could have thought about other individuals. Okay, jokes apart, I would like to choose to travel with a doctor, policeman and a thief. Because, I see a great number of opportunities to learn about empathy, risk-taking and different perspectives that come during these long conversations.

What do you enjoy doing when you're not teaching?

我喜歡按計劃畫畫和創(chuàng)作藝術，希望有一天我能在一個得體又理想的畫廊舉辦我的個人展覽。我也喜歡旅行，和學習音樂制作方面的新技能。

I enjoy painting and making art with the plan and hoping once I will be able to host my solo exhibition in a proper gallery one day. I also love to travel, learning new skills in music-making.
