網(wǎng)課進(jìn)行時，教研不停步 ——深圳（南山）中加學(xué)校線上教研活動紀(jì)實

疫情當(dāng)前，深圳（南山）中加學(xué)校開展線上教研活動，教研形式百花齊放。

三月如歌，春草正盛，春雨迎春到，教研競芬芳。疫情當(dāng)前，但教育有愛。為及時總結(jié)線上教學(xué)經(jīng)驗，進(jìn)一步提高網(wǎng)課的質(zhì)效，我校教師堅守教育初心，秉承著“停課不停研”的工作態(tài)度，積極開展線上教研活動，教研形式也百花齊放。老師們在交流中碰撞思維的火花，在分享中感受教育的魅力。

The online teaching and learning model has been undertaking for few weeks since the beginning of the this spring semester, while online teaching research and pedagogical meeting always function as the principle of teaching practice for SCCSC teachers.

“PART 01”：多樣化的教研模式

微課教研

Exemplified Mini Online lesson

疫情有隔，教研無間。英語教研組充分利用了線上教學(xué)交互性、易展示性的特點，創(chuàng)新的提出以微課形式進(jìn)行教研。組內(nèi)教師輪流進(jìn)行5分鐘微課授課，其余教師發(fā)表看法。這一形式為老師互相學(xué)習(xí)教學(xué)技能提供了一個有效的平臺。

Teachers from English Dept. have taken advantages of the common features of online teaching approach to exemplify the possible online teaching methods to enhance the efficacy of student interaction and generate a better learning outcome.

主題研討 Theme Research

無論是教學(xué)策略還是學(xué)生管理，教師在線上授課時都可能會遇到相似的問題。政史地教研組就采取每周選取一主題進(jìn)行集體研討的方式，老師們各抒己見，研究共性的線上教學(xué)方式。

Politics,History and Geography Dept has chosen the way of voting up one teaching research topic every week in order to fully concentrate on the related problems that happened during online teaching, which provided the opportunity for teachers to deeply discuss their experience therefore conclude the most effective solutions.

金點子分享 Sharing

經(jīng)過一個月有余的線上教學(xué)，老師們對利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)智能化手段教學(xué)都頗有心得。數(shù)學(xué)教研組通過每周例會分享課堂教學(xué)妙招，并定期進(jìn)行Canglory平臺培訓(xùn)，開發(fā)使用了小組討論、投票、智能測試反饋等便捷高效的課堂反饋手段。

Teachers from Dept of Mathematics have utilized the time of pedagogical meeting to share their brilliant tricks of using online teaching platform Canglory.

STEAM 課堂設(shè)計研討 STEAM Class

紙上得來終覺淺,絕知此事要躬行。物理信息教研組與生化教研組根據(jù)本學(xué)科特點，優(yōu)化教學(xué)設(shè)計，旨在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的動手能力，讓理論知識應(yīng)用于實踐。

The Dept of Physics and Information has looked into the common features of their subjects to set the implementation-orientated goal in teaching practice to optimize their lesson plans.

集體備課

Collective Power in Teaching Preparation

根深而枝葉茂，精準(zhǔn)有效的備課是上好一堂課的基礎(chǔ)。集體備課、云端磨課是老師們教研的常規(guī)。語文教研組則加強(qiáng)同年級、同類型班級的集體備課，關(guān)注學(xué)生心理，讓課堂既傳遞知識又傳遞溫情。

Chinese Dept has always respected the collective force in preparing Chinese lessons,which has been transmitted to their online teaching research occasions to help group members to better adapt the approaches of working online.

加方教研

SCCSC International Department Provides Meaningful English Learning Experiences

加方教師也為學(xué)生提供了高質(zhì)量、同步的在線英語學(xué)習(xí)體驗。除了課程，還有針對性的作業(yè)，以練習(xí)和提升學(xué)生的英語語言技能，并接受反饋以促進(jìn)提高。

The international department is continuing to deliver high-quality, synchronous online English learning experiences for all students. In addition to lessons, students receive targeted homework to practice and refine their English language skills, and receive feedback to facilitate improvement.

The international department is proud of their students’ dedication and progress and looks forward to seeing their classes each week.

Canglory Platform

Canglory平臺作為我校線上課堂的教學(xué)主陣地，各教研組也積極豐富平臺教學(xué)資源。不僅有課堂直播、更有課程實錄、學(xué)科測試、資料共享等，方便學(xué)生可以隨時進(jìn)行預(yù)習(xí)、復(fù)習(xí)和學(xué)習(xí)成果檢測。

As the self-managed online educational platform, Canglory has been offering the handy tools for learning online. Function modules such as Live Class, Class Recording, Online Test, Resource Centre etc. made SCCSC online classes smooth.
