亞加達(dá)國(guó)際預(yù)科藝術(shù)展于4月1日舉行!




The DP2 students will be holding the art exhibition on Friday, the culmination of their IB diploma course in art.


DP2 學(xué)生將于周五舉辦藝術(shù)展,這是他們 IB 藝術(shù)文憑課程的高光時(shí)刻。



The five young artists will be sharing their ideas, thoughts, and feeling through the medium of visual art. The exhibition includes work in various styles and is presented using diverse media.


五位年輕藝術(shù)家將通過藝術(shù)作品分享他們的想法和感受, 展覽使用多種媒介呈現(xiàn)各種不同風(fēng)格的作品。


The artworks explore topics such as identity, cultural heritage, consumerism and the nature of imagination.

"Susie Liu"


Susie Liu, who has developed an interest in Found Objects and installation art over two years in DP,


makes links with her studies in Theatre, which helps her “consider the audience’s feelings when creating”.


Susie Liu 在 DP 學(xué)習(xí)了兩年多,對(duì) Found Objects 和裝置藝術(shù)產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣,她結(jié)合了在劇院課的學(xué)習(xí),助于她“在創(chuàng)作時(shí)考慮觀眾的感受”。



"Alice Chen"


Alice Chen, who has been influenced by the work of contemporary Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama wants to create “decorative and meaningful artworks.”


受當(dāng)代日本藝術(shù)家草間彌生作品影響的Alice Chen希望創(chuàng)作“具有裝飾性和意義的藝術(shù)品”。




"Gary Ding"


Gary Ding brings “a visual feast to the viewer” with his impactful 3D creations.


Gary Ding 以其極具影響力的 3D 創(chuàng)作為觀眾帶來“一場(chǎng)視覺盛宴”。



"Alice Yuan"


Alice Yuan, who hopes to make a career in art, wants to use art “to solve problems for people or reflect on social issues. Her influences are American artist Keith Haring and Austrian artist Stefan Sagmeister.

"Gracie Zheng"


Finally, Gracie Zheng presents her vision of “sensitive inner vision”.

The visual art exhibition is just one of three assessments that comprise the IOB in Visual Arts. Though, of course, it is the most public.


視覺藝術(shù)展覽只是構(gòu)成視覺藝術(shù) IOB 的三個(gè)評(píng)估之一。當(dāng)然,它是最公開的。


One of the critical aspects of the visual arts diploma is to encourage students to think about what they want to say with their art, and we look forward to seeing what these young people have to say about the world in which they live.
