科發(fā)幼兒園全體教師在居家辦公的這一周里,學(xué)《評(píng)估指南》,促科學(xué)保育。



On February 11, 2022, the Ministry of Education released the "Guidelines for Quality Assessment of Kindergarten Child Care & Education", which means that the quality assessment of kindergarten Child Care & Education has been updated - with more scientific standards, and it’s another measure to promote the high-quality development of Early Childhood Education.


2022年2月11日,教育部發(fā)布了《幼兒園保育教育質(zhì)量評(píng)估指南》,這意味著幼兒園保教質(zhì)量評(píng)估更新了——有了更加科學(xué)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),是促進(jìn)學(xué)前教育高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的又一舉措。



During this week of working from home, all KOFA teachers have learned two courses by themselves through cloud connection. The first one was the experience and thinking of “Assessment Guide” given by Professor Zhou Nianli from the Department of Eearly Chidlhood Education, Faculty of Education, East China Normal University. And the other online training, "Scientific Methods of Kindergarten Child Care" was carried out by the Education Bureau of Futian District, Shenzhen on March 16. The trainer was Dr. Chen Yuying. The latter is to implement the spirit of the "Assessment Guidelines", by interpreting the background of laws and regulations, clarifying the responsibilities of Child Care, refining the daily life care, and consolidating the professional foundation of teachers' combination of Child Care and Education.


科發(fā)幼兒園全體教師在居家辦公的這一周里,通過云端連線,先后自學(xué)了兩個(gè)課程,分別是早前由華東師范大學(xué)教育學(xué)部學(xué)前教育系周念麗教授對(duì)于《評(píng)估指南》的心得與思考,以及3月16日由深圳市福田區(qū)教育局開展的《幼兒園科學(xué)保育》線上培訓(xùn),主講人為陳玉英醫(yī)生。后者是為了落實(shí)《評(píng)估指南》精神,通過解讀法規(guī)背景,明確保育工作職責(zé)規(guī)范,細(xì)化一日環(huán)節(jié)生活照護(hù),夯實(shí)教師保教結(jié)合的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)的。

KOFA KINDERGARTEN


On March 17th, in response to the above two training courses, the teaching team of KOFA Kindergarten conducted the first school-based training of "Study Assessment Guidelines, Promoting Scientific Child Care & Education in Kindergarten", which was presided over by the teaching director Ms.Celia Zhu, and all teachers shared the information that put forward the most touching part of the "Assessment Guide".


3月17日,針對(duì)以上的兩次學(xué)習(xí),科發(fā)幼兒園教學(xué)組趁熱打鐵進(jìn)行了《學(xué)評(píng)估指南,促科學(xué)保育》的第一次園本培訓(xùn),由教學(xué)園長朱朱老師主持,全體教師作為分享人,就《評(píng)估指南》提出了最觸動(dòng)自己的地方。



First of all, Ms. Zhu took everyone to review the "Guidelines for Quality Assessment of Child Care & Education in Kindergartens" by browsing the "Notice" section, and reviewed the overall requirements, assessment content, assessment methods and organization and implementation. Afterwards, teachers combined with Professor Zhou's previous guidance, putting forward their own surprises in the "Assessment Guide".


首先,朱朱老師帶大家一同回顧了《幼兒園保育教育質(zhì)量評(píng)估指南》,先瀏覽了一遍“通知”部分,重溫了總體要求、評(píng)估內(nèi)容、評(píng)估方式和組織實(shí)施。隨后,各位老師結(jié)合周教授之前的導(dǎo)讀,紛紛提出了自己在《評(píng)估指南》中所關(guān)注到的驚喜點(diǎn)。


01

明確辦園方向


Teaching Director Ms. Celia Zhu:


I saw the country's clear expectations for the next generation, that is, the party and the country hope that we will cultivate socialist successors with comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor, and at the same time, love parents and elders, love teachers and companions. , love the collective, love the hometown, love the party and the country.


教學(xué)園長朱朱老師:我看到了國家對(duì)下一代幼兒的明確期待,即黨和國家希望我們培養(yǎng)的是德智體美勞全面發(fā)展的社會(huì)主義接班人和接班人,同時(shí)能愛父母長輩、愛老師同伴、愛集體、愛家鄉(xiāng)、愛黨愛國。


K3 teacher Ms. Vivian Jiang:


The Assessment Guide clearly states that we must fully implement the Party's educational policy, implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivate people, and insist on the combination of childcare and education. Then we need children to start from an early age and start from his little bit.


K3蔣老師:《評(píng)估指南》明確提出了要全面貫徹黨的教育方針,落實(shí)立德樹人的根本任務(wù),要堅(jiān)持保育教育的結(jié)合,那么就需要幼兒從小做起,從他的點(diǎn)滴做起。


NA teacher Ms. Crystal Chen:


Before I came to work in the kindergarten, I always thought that the kindergarten would teach pinyin and other kindergarten-primary school transition knowledge, but I found out from the "Assessment Guide" that actually we need to provide children with various games, learn while playing, and do not make them feel oppressive.


NA陳老師:我在來幼兒園工作之前,一直都以為幼兒園會(huì)教授拼音之類的幼小銜接內(nèi)容,但是從《評(píng)估指南》中發(fā)現(xiàn)其實(shí)就是要給孩子提供各種游戲,在玩兒中學(xué)習(xí),不要有壓迫感。



02

緊抓安全與保育


School doctor Ms. Kiki Huang:


In the key indicator of "Safety and Child Care", I think it is very important to scientifically formulate diets with appropriate doses, especially for children with special needs, such as obese and frail children, and pay special attention to their diets Habit. There is also the aspect of children's independent drinking water. On the basis of ensuring that children have 400-600 ml of water per day, flexible arrangements are made for the time of concentrated drinking and scattered drinking. The napping session should also be paid attention to. Teachers must not take it lightly during the napping session. Don’t just focus on doing your own business and neglect the care of the children.


黃醫(yī)生:在“安全與保育”這個(gè)關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)里,我覺得科學(xué)制定帶量食譜是很重要的,尤其是要關(guān)注到特殊需要的幼兒,比如肥胖兒和體弱兒,要特別留意他們的飲食習(xí)慣。還有幼兒自主飲水這方面,在保證幼兒每天400-600毫升水量的基礎(chǔ)中,靈活安排集中飲水和分散飲水的時(shí)間。午睡環(huán)節(jié)也要關(guān)注,老師們千萬不可以在午睡環(huán)節(jié)掉以輕心,不要只顧著做自己的事,而忽視了對(duì)幼兒的照顧。


K2 teacher Ms. Keira Zhou:


I hope the kindergarten can organize teachers to learn the "Common sense and emergency measures of infectious disease prevention and control", and at the same time, formulate and implement a physical exercise plan that is suitable for children's physical development, so that teachers can take children to be more active when they are outdoors as well as being professional enough to effectively prevent sports training injuries.


K2周老師:我希望幼兒園可以組織老師們學(xué)習(xí)《傳染病防控常識(shí)及應(yīng)急處理辦法》,同時(shí),制定并實(shí)施與幼兒身體發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的體格鍛煉計(jì)劃,讓老師帶幼兒在戶外活動(dòng)的時(shí)候更專業(yè),并能有效防止運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練傷。


School Chancellor Ms. Michaela Xu:


At present, our existing sports equipment, taking the Sports Ark as an example, can actually meet the needs of sports activities and games for different age groups. I hope teachers will study the teaching books carefully, refer to excellent lesson examples, and make full use of existing of sports equipment to develop interesting sports games.


校監(jiān)胥老師:目前我們已有的運(yùn)動(dòng)器械,以運(yùn)動(dòng)方舟為例,其實(shí)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)不同年齡段的體育活動(dòng)及游戲需要,希望老師們認(rèn)真研讀教學(xué)用書,參考優(yōu)秀課例,并充分利用已有的運(yùn)動(dòng)器械來開發(fā)趣味性的體育游戲。


Taekwondo teacher Mr.Dong:


I agree that it is necessary to enhance the safety protection awareness of the education personnel, do a good job in the daily inspection and maintenance of the environment, facilities and equipment, toy materials, etc., and eliminate potential safety hazards in time; when an accident occurs, priority should be given to protecting the safety of children. We should take the trouble to tell children safety precautions before each exercise, and ensure that children do a sufficient warm-up exercise before exercise.


跆拳道董老師:我很認(rèn)同需要增強(qiáng)保教人員的安全保護(hù)意識(shí),做好環(huán)境、設(shè)施設(shè)備、玩具材料等方面的日常檢查維護(hù),及時(shí)消除安全隱患;在發(fā)生意外時(shí),要優(yōu)先保護(hù)幼兒的安全。我們要不厭其煩地在每一次運(yùn)動(dòng)前告訴幼兒安全注意事項(xiàng),并保證幼兒在運(yùn)動(dòng)前做好了充分的熱身運(yùn)動(dòng)。



03

升溫教育過程,升級(jí)環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)


K1 teacher Mr. Toby Zhu and K3 Teacher Mr. Charlie Qu:


Educational evaluation is not presented with cold materials and figures. It is strictly forbidden to evaluate the quality of Child Care and Education in kindergartens by directly measuring the ability and development level of children. It is the key to reflect temperature and emotion in the education process. We must pay attention to process evaluation, focus on class observation, and observe whether children show concentration, empathy, or the excellent quality of helping others during the game. etc.


K1朱老師和K3曲老師:教育評(píng)價(jià)不是冰冷的材料與數(shù)字呈現(xiàn),嚴(yán)禁用直接測查幼兒能力和發(fā)展水平的方式評(píng)估幼兒園保育教育質(zhì)量。教育過程中體現(xiàn)出溫度與情感才是關(guān)鍵,我們要注重過程評(píng)價(jià),聚焦班級(jí)觀察,去觀察孩子在游戲的過程中是否展現(xiàn)出了專注力、共情力,抑或是對(duì)他人提供幫助的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)等等。


K3 teacher Ms.Eva Zhang:


In terms of environment creation and utilization, the "Assessment Guide" points out that the teacher-student relationship should be democratic, harmonious and pleasant, and children can interact with the environment independently. As a teacher, we should try our best to provide space for children to develop and display their talents, so as to promote the continuous development of children's autonomy. In terms of teacher-child interaction, in order to be loved by children, teachers must first learn to respect and trust children. We must look at each child from a developmental perspective, respect individual differences, and squat down to see the world with the child.


K3張老師:在環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)與利用方面,《評(píng)估指南》指出師生關(guān)系應(yīng)該是民主、融洽和愉快的,幼兒自主地與環(huán)境互動(dòng)。作為老師,要盡量給幼兒提供發(fā)揮和施展自己才能的空間,促使幼兒自主性的得到不斷發(fā)展。在師幼互動(dòng)方面,教師要得到孩子的喜愛,首先要學(xué)會(huì)尊重、信任孩子。要用發(fā)展的眼光全面地看待每一位孩子,尊重個(gè)體差異,要蹲下來和孩子一起看世界。


K3 Teacher Ms.Jennie Li:


In terms of interaction with families and communities, the "Assessment Guide" points out that parents should be encouraged to actively participate in various activities through various channels, and support the work of kindergartens. As teachers, we did do the same in our daily work. For example, before launching a theme activity, we will first explain the theme to parents, informing them that what materials and help they may offer, so as to create good learning environment for children's exploration, which allows parents to effectively participate in the theme activities as well.


K3李老師:、在與家庭、社區(qū)的互動(dòng)方面,《評(píng)估指南》指出,應(yīng)鼓勵(lì)家長通過多種途徑積極參與各類活動(dòng),并支持幼兒園工作。身為老師,在平時(shí)的工作中我們確實(shí)也是這樣做的,比如在開展主題活動(dòng)前,我們會(huì)先向家長進(jìn)行主題說明,告知家長需要提供的材料和幫助,從而為幼兒的探索創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,也讓家長切實(shí)參與到了主題活動(dòng)中。


04

強(qiáng)化自我評(píng)估機(jī)制


In the evaluation method of the "Assessment Guidelines", it is mentioned that kindergartens should establish a normalized self-evaluation mechanism, promote the active participation of teachers and staff, reflect on their own educational behaviors through collective diagnosis, and propose improvement measures.


在《評(píng)估指南》的評(píng)估方式中,提到了幼兒園應(yīng)建立常態(tài)化的自我評(píng)估機(jī)制,促進(jìn)教職工主動(dòng)參與,通過集體診斷,反思自身教育行為,提出改進(jìn)措施。



K2 teacher Ms.Shirley Yao:


In fact, what touched me the most was the establishment of a normalized self-evaluation. The evaluation of kindergarten teachers and staff was changed from passive and coping to active benchmarking evaluation rules and reflecting on their own educational behaviors. This evaluation state can help to form a more vibrant school-based experience.


K2姚老師:其實(shí)我最觸動(dòng)我的就是建立常態(tài)化的自我評(píng)估,將幼兒園教職工的評(píng)估,由被動(dòng)、應(yīng)付,轉(zhuǎn)為主動(dòng)對(duì)標(biāo)評(píng)估細(xì)則,反思自己的教育行為,這樣的評(píng)估狀態(tài)就能形成一個(gè)比較富有生命力的園本經(jīng)驗(yàn)。


Today the teaching staff will combine the training of "Guidelines for Quality Evaluation of Kindergarten Child Care & Education" and "Scientific Child Care for Kindergartens", aiming at the key indicators of "Safety and Childcare", to discuss in-depth improvement measures suitable for KOFA Kindergarten.
