立夏已至,跟著科發(fā)的老師一起學(xué)做“立夏飯吧”

為了讓孩子們了解中國傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)耕文化,了解二十四節(jié)氣的風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣,科發(fā)幼兒園的孩子們在食育食養(yǎng)老師的帶領(lǐng)下,和老師一起應(yīng)季應(yīng)景,做起了“立夏飯”。

Lixia is the seventh lunar term of the 24 lunar terms and the first lunar term of summer. It is said that the sun is located at a 45 degree from us. Lixia means "spring changed into summer", so the ancients called this day "the ending of spring", Lixia represents the official announcement of Summer! Lixia is an important lunar term that marks the growth of everything into the peak season. After Lixia, sunshine increased, gradually heat up, thunderstorms increased, and crops entered the stage of strong growth.
立夏是農(nóng)歷二十四節(jié)氣中的第7個節(jié)氣,夏季的第一個節(jié)氣,此時太陽黃經(jīng)達(dá)45°。立夏意味著“春去夏來”,所以古人把這一天稱之為“春盡日”,立夏代表著夏天正式宣告來臨!立夏,是表示萬物進(jìn)入旺季生長的一個重要節(jié)氣。立夏后,日照增加,逐漸升溫,雷雨增多,農(nóng)作物進(jìn)入了茁壯成長階段。
立夏習(xí)俗
After the beginning of Summer, as the temperature gradually rises, the human body consumption increases, physical and mental consumption increases. Since it’s easy to get tired, live qi gradually became weakened while heart qi gradually became stronger. Therefore, in order to enhance nutrition and physical strength, there is the custom of eating "Lixia rice", which is a five-color rice made with a variety of ingredients. There is a legend that "Lixia rice" prevents children from heat stroke, predicting good harvest and good body all the year round.
立夏過后,氣溫逐漸升高,人體消耗隨之加大,體力、腦力消耗增大,容易疲倦犯困,肝氣漸弱、心氣漸強(qiáng)。所以為了增強(qiáng)營養(yǎng)補(bǔ)充體力,民間有在立夏這天吃立夏飯的習(xí)俗,立夏飯是采用多種食材搭配煮成的五色飯,傳說還有預(yù)防孩子中暑,預(yù)示五谷豐登,一年到頭好身體的寓意。
In order to let kids understand the Chinese traditional farming culture and the customs of the 24 lunar terms, KOBOs followed Ms.Nancy Hu to make the "Lixia rice". Ms.Nancy chose five healthy ingredients that kids can eat, such as, mushrooms, carrots, green peas, chicken breast and rice.
為了讓孩子們了解中國傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)耕文化,了解二十四節(jié)氣的風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣,科發(fā)幼兒園的孩子們在食育食養(yǎng)老師的帶領(lǐng)下,和老師一起應(yīng)季應(yīng)景,做起了“立夏飯”。老師選用了孩子可以吃的健康食材:香菇,胡蘿卜,青豌豆,雞胸肉,大米5種食材。
Before cooking meal, Ms. Nancy took KOBOs to observe ingredients by touching, smelling and pinching through a variety of interesting methods in order to let the children to feel the real ingredients. This process greatly improved children's love of food, and they also observed the food very carefully. Children are full of interest on ingredients and making "summer meal" which Ms.Nancy could tell from KOBO's eyes.
我們在做的過程中,食育食養(yǎng)老師先帶孩子們來觀察食材,通過摸一摸,聞一聞,捏一捏,按一按等各種有意思的方法,讓孩子們來感受真實(shí)的食材,這個過程大大提高了孩子們對食物的熱愛,小朋友們觀察得也是很認(rèn)真哦,從孩子們的表現(xiàn)中老師看到了孩子們對食材和做立夏飯滿滿的興趣 。
After kids knew the food materials, we began to work together. Some kids helped teacher to clean vegetables, some helped to pass the items, and then we cooked “Lixia rice” together.
待孩子們認(rèn)識完食材之后,我們就開始分工合作啦,有的小朋友幫老師清洗蔬菜,有小朋友幫老師拿遞物品,我們一起來煮立夏飯咯
In the process of cooking, KOBOs smelled bursts of fragrance. Some said, " wow, smells so good, Ms Nancy, when can we eat it?" "You have to wait for a while until the rice is fully cooked. It takes time so please wait for a while patiently. " Ms Nancy kindly answered. After a while, our Lixia meal was ready, some children could not wait to taste it. It was obvious that every KOBO was looking forward to "Lixia rice" made by themselves.
在煮的過程中,孩子們聞到了陣陣飄香,有的孩子說“哇,好香呀,老師什么時候可以吃呀?”“要等一會兒,等米飯煮熟了才可以吃呀,把米飯煮熟是需要一個過程的,我們再耐心的等一會哈”老師親切的回答到。過了一會兒,我們的立夏飯就做好了,部分孩子都迫不及待的想要品嘗啦,可見呀孩子們對自己做的“立夏飯”是很期待啊。
立夏養(yǎng)生
Entering the beginning of summer season, people's metabolism is accelerated, the heart and brain blood supply is insufficient, which often makes people restless, tired and lazy. We should arrange work and rest time properly, supplement nutrients and take the correct health care methods.
進(jìn)入立夏時節(jié),人們的新陳代謝加快,心腦血液供給不足,常使人煩躁不安,倦怠懶散。應(yīng)合理安排作息時間,補(bǔ)充營養(yǎng)物質(zhì),采取正確的養(yǎng)生保健方法。
食育食養(yǎng)
The process of making food is not only a process of experiencing color, aroma and taste, but also a process of pleasing our body and mind and relaxing yourself.
Food making is also a very good activity to enhance parent-child relationship.
制作食物的過程是一個體驗色、香、味的過程,也是一個愉悅身心、放松自我的過程。
食物制作也是一個非常好的增進(jìn)親子感情的活動。
科發(fā)幼兒園每周為孩子們提供兩節(jié)食育食養(yǎng)課程,讓幼兒學(xué)會探究美食的奧秘,體會點(diǎn)滴付出凝成的果實(shí)。了解自然、知曉四季,熟悉五谷、建立兒童健康養(yǎng)生的意識。
KOFA kindergarten provides two food and nutrition lessons for our children every week, so that children can learn to explore the mysteries of food and experience the process of making efforts.
